Health & Wellness Coaching with Delena

Delena works with clients to improve their health, vitality, and well-being by engaging in behaviors proven to improve health. Whatever your fitness goal is Delena can support your health and wellness goals. Specialty Areas: medical diets for chronic disease, body positivity, stress coping, sleep, and other mind-body and positive psychology interventions. True health and wellness coaching supports clients as they work toward their goals. Coaches provide a safe place for clients to identify roadblocks, create plans, and deal with setbacks. This package is for 12 weeks of Health and Wellness Coaching.  It works best if we meet weekly but life happens sometimes!  For that reason you have 4 months in which to finish your coaching package.   Our goal is to promote overall wellness and vitality, empowering clients to live their healthiest lives through holistic and sustainable practices.
