Hi, I’m Delena — a professor, curriculum creator, and the founder of Wisdom Ranch and the WISE Life Coach Academy. With over two decades of experience teaching at Macomb Community College and a deep love for horses and healing, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others step into their purpose and confidently build equine-assisted businesses that change lives.
As the creator of the WISE Model of Coaching, I’ve developed a simple, powerful approach to client transformation. This model is used by coaches, therapists, and equine professionals nationwide who want to lead with confidence, structure, and wisdom.
I No Longer Own a Farm—And That’s By Design
After years of running my own equine facility, I decided to sell the farm. And guess what? It was the right decision for me.
Now, I lease space and horses at partner facilities—and I love it.
Working at different barns allows me to support other farm owners, experience a variety of beautiful environments, and pour even more energy into my clients and my programs.
Many people are surprised when I tell them I no longer have my own facility. There are so many ways to do this work.
You don’t need to own land, a barn, or a herd to create real impact.
